My only dream is about you and I
When you're gonna stop breaking my heart
I don't wanna be another one
Paying for the things I never done
Don't let go,
Don't let go
To my love.
Can I get to your soul?
Can you get to my thought?
Can we promise we won't let go?
All the things that I need
All the things that you need
You can make it feel so real.
Cuz you can't deny
You've blown my mind
When I touch your body
I feel I'm loosing control
Cuz you can't deny
You've blown my mind
When I see you baby
I just don't wanna let go.
I hate to see you cry
Your smile is a beautiful lie
I hate to see you cry
My love is dying inside
I can fix all those lies
Oh baby, baby I run, but I'm running to you
You won't see me cry, I'm hiding inside
My heart is in pain but I'm smiling for you
Can I get to your soul?
Can you get to my thought?
Can we promise we won't let go?
All the things that I need
All the things that you need
You can make it feel so real.
Cuz you can't deny
You've blown my mind
When I touch your body
I feel I'm loosing control
Cuz you can't deny
You've blown my mind
When I see you baby
I just don't wanna let go.
When you're gonna stop breaking my heart
Don't let go,
Don't let go
To my love.
I hate to see you cry, your smile is a beautiful lie
I hate to see you cry, my love is dying inside(x3)
I can fix all those lies
Oh baby, baby I run, but I'm running to you
You won't see me cry, I'm hiding inside
My heart is in pain but I'm smiling for you
Oh baby I've tried to make the things right,
I need you more than air when I'm not with you,
Please don't ask me why, just kiss me this time
My only dream is about you and I

be part of your life through tears and laughter
They won’t end up sharing a life together
People will move on and get a new partner
Just a phase of life that all us enter.
But it doesn’t mean true love can’t occur
Love that is special and is a treasure
That grows over time into something stronger
As the years pass by one after another.
I know my love can only glow brighter in you
If you could only give me that honor
To be part of your life through tears and laughter
Walking beside you far into the future.

Colostrum ( IgG )
Newborns have very small digestive systems, and colostrum delivers its nutrients in a very concentrated low-volume form. It has a mild laxative effect, encouraging the passing of the baby's first stool, which is called meconium. This clears excess bilirubin, a waste product of dead red blood cells, which is produced in large quantities at birth due to blood volume reduction, from the infant's body and helps prevent jaundice. Colostrum is known to contain antibodies called immunoglobulins such as IgA, IgG, and IgM in mammals. IgA is absorbed through the intestinal epithelium, travels through the blood, and is secreted onto other Type 1 mucosal surfaces. These are the major components of the adaptive immune system. Other immune components of colostrum include the major components of the innate immune system, such as lactoferrin,[3] lysozyme,[4] lactoperoxidase,[5] complement,[6] and proline-rich polypeptides (PRP).[7] A number of cytokines (small messenger peptides that control the functioning of the immune system) are found in colostrum as well,[8] including interleukins,[8] tumor necrosis factor,[9] chemokines,[10] and others. Colostrum also contains a number of growth factors, such as insulin-like growth factors I,[11] and II,[12] transforming growth factors alpha,[13] beta 1 and beta 2,[14][15] fibroblast growth factors,[16] epidermal growth factor,[17] granulocyte-macrophage-stimulating growth factor,[18] platelet-derived growth factor,[18] vascular endothelial growth factor,[19] and colony-stimulating factor-1.[20]
Colostrum is very rich in proteins, vitamin A, and sodium chloride, but contains lower amounts of carbohydrates, lipids, and potassium than normal milk. The most pertinent bioactive components in colostrum are growth factors and antimicrobial factors. The antibodies in colostrum provide passive immunity, while growth factors stimulate the development of the gut. They are passed to the neonate and provide the first protection against pathogens. The passive immunity from the mother gets transferred to the newborn
In animal husbandry
Livestock breeders commonly bank colostrum from their animals. Colostrum produced on a breeder's own premises is considered to be superior to colostrum from other sources, because it is produced by animals already exposed to (and, thus, making antibodies to) pathogens occurring on the premises. A German study reported that multiparous mares produced on average a liter (quart) of colostrum containing 70 grams of IgG.[22]
Bovine colostrum is produced by cows for their newborn calves. In many dairy cow herds the calves are not permitted to nurse; rather, they are fed colostrum and later milk from a bottle then a bucket.
[edit] Human consumption of bovine colostrum
Assertions that colostrum consumption is of human benefit are questionable because most ingredients undergo digestion in the adult stomach, including antibodies and all other proteins.[citation needed]

Bovine colostrum and its components are safe for human consumption, except in the context of intolerance or allergy to lactose or other components. It shows promise in the treatment or prevention of a variety of disease states.[23][24][25]
Bovine colostrum from pasture-fed cows contains immunoglobulins specific to many human pathogens, including Escherichia coli, Cryptosporidium parvum, Shigella flexneri, Salmonella, Staphylococcus,[26] and rotavirus (which causes diarrhea in infants). Before the development of antibiotics, colostrum was the main source of immunoglobulins used to fight infections. In fact, when Albert Sabin made his first oral vaccine against polio, the immunoglobulin he used came from bovine colostrum.[27] When antibiotics began to appear, interest in colostrum waned, but, now that antibiotic-resistant strains of pathogens have developed, interest is once again returning to natural alternatives to antibiotics, namely, colostrum.[28]
A single study showed protective effects against influenza, 3 times greater than that of vaccination.[29]
Some athletes have used colostrum in an attempt to improve their performance,[30] decrease recovery time,[31] and prevent sickness during peak performance levels.[32] Using colostrum supplementation, the Australian Olympic swim team won more gold medals than China in the 2000 and 2004 Olympic games.[33] Research fails to show a conclusive effect of colostrum on lean body mass.[30][34]
Low IGF-1 levels may be associated with dementia in the very elderly, although causation has not been established.[35] People with eating disorders also have low levels of IGF-1 due to malnutrition,[36] as do obese individuals.[37] Supplementation with colostrum, which is rich in IGF-1, can be a useful part of a weight reduction program.[citation needed] Although IGF-1 is not absorbed intact by the body, it does stimulate the production of IGF-1 when taken as a supplement.[38]
Colostrum also has antioxidant components, such as lactoferrin[39] and hemopexin, which binds free heme in the body.[40]
[edit] Hyperimmune colostrum
Hyperimmune colostrum was an early attempt to boost the effectiveness of natural bovine colostrum by immunizing cows with a specific pathogen and then collecting the colostrum after the cow gave birth. This initially appeared very promising as antibodies did appear towards the specific pathogens or antigens that were used in the original challenge. However, upon closer examination and comparison, it was found that IgG levels in natural colostrum towards 19 specific human pathogens were just as high as in hyperimmune colostrum, and natural colostrum nearly always had higher antibody titers than did the hyperimmune version.[26] However, travelan, a drug used to prevent traveller's diarrhoea is made using this method, and has been shown to prevent the disease in up to 93% of people [41]
[edit] Proline-rich Polypeptides (PRP)

These small immune signaling peptides were independently discovered in colostrum and other sources, such as blood plasma, in the United States,[42] and Poland[43]. Hence they appear under various names in the literature, including Colostrinin, CLN, transfer factor and PRP. They function as signal transducing molecules that have the unique effect of modulating the immune system, turning it up when the body comes under attack from pathogens or other disease agents, and damping it when the danger is eliminated or neutralized[44]. At first thought to actually transfer immunity from one immune system to another, it now appears that PRP simply stimulates cell-mediated immunity.[45]
A 2006 study published in the Journal of Experimental Therapeutics and Oncology indicated that PRP may have an impact on the aging process by reducing the spontaneous or induced mutation frequency in the DNA of cells [46]. Such DNA damage is implicated in the general process of aging. The study, which was performed in both hamster and human cells, looked at the impact of PRP on the frequency of defined DNA mutations in these cells as they occur naturally and when induced by various known chemical or physical agents. In cells stressed oxidatively, PRP reduced the frequency of mutation induced by reactive oxygen species (ROS) to nearly background levels in a dose-dependent manner. It is suggested that the antimutagenic properties of PRP are achieved via multiple mechanisms - by decreasing intracellular levels of ROS and so preventing DNA damage and by increasing the efficiency of natural DNA repair mechanisms.
PRP-rich preparations from bovine colostrum have shown some activity against various diseases including viral infections[47] of herpes viruses[48] and HIV,[49] as well as difficult to treat bacterial and fungal infections like Mycobacterium fortuitum[50] and Mycobacterium tuberculosis[51] (cause of tuberculosis), cryptosporidosis in AIDS patients,[52] and candida.[53] Also for various forms of cancer, such as Hodgkin's disease,[54] osteogenic sarcoma,[55] prostate cancer,[56] and others. As an immune modulator, PRP is also effective in disease states characterized by an overactive immune system, such as allergies,[57][58] asthma,[59] and autoimmune diseases.[60]
PRP has some effect in neurodegenerative diseases, especially Alzheimer's disease,[61] but has not yet shown longterm disease retarding effect.[62] A placebo-controlled clinical trial in 106 Alzheimer’s sufferers over 30 weeks was completed in 2002 and the results appeared to demonstrate efficacy in a significant proportion of patients treated [63]. The results showed that approximately 40% of patients taking PRP were stabilized or improved after 15 weeks of therapy, based on an Analysis of Overall Response. 33% of patients continued to show stabilization or improvement after 30 weeks of treatment, although levels of benefit were slightly higher at the 15-week stage of the trial. The dosage regimen used for the trial was 100 micrograms of PRP administered every second day for three weeks followed by a two-week period without PRP.

My Dad, Master Quek Heng Choon

My Dad, Master Quek Heng Choon born in year 1926 in Huian county, Fujian province, China. When my dad was 13 years, he met a wandering medicine seller named Liu Pingshan who was a master of the Taizu style. My dad became his student for 3 years. After which he started self train by himself.
Year 1942, when he was 16 years old, my grand uncle asked him to join the army. He refused and left home to go and live in the Quanzhou Kaiyuan Temple. There he studied martial arts under Monk Maoyue for 15 months. He studied Wuzu Quan Sanzhan Simen Quan 18 step Saozhuan Quan.
My dad did not want to return home after his time in the Quanzhou Kaiyuan Temple so he went to Xiamen to work in a teahouse. He was aware there was no future working in a teahouse and wish to work in Singapore. My grand aunty, who had lived in Singapore, took him there 2 years later.
with other students of Cho Si.
My dad arrive Singapore in 1947, at the age of 21. A year later a friend suggested him to study martial arts in the Singapore Shuang Lin Temple where Shi Gao Can was the abbot at the time. Because of his interest in martial arts, he immediately went to the temple. Abbot Shi Gao Can became his teacher.
Shi Gao Can was very strict with his students. My Dad had to stay inside the temple walls to study martial arts for at least 3 years, during which time he wasn't allowed "even half a step outside the temple gates." Training took place three times a day, every day; the first training at five in the morning, the second at noon, and the last at seven in the evening. In the picture on Cho Si's page, Shi Gao Can is teaching a my young dad (Quek Heng Choon).
After about 6 or 7 years of hard work, Shi Gao Can said: "Your study of the arts has been successful, now you 'can come down from the mountain' (leave the temple)." In 1954, my dad left the temple together with a classmate and they started the Singapore Sao Hua San Athletic Association. For their 2 year anniversary, they held a demonstration in Singapore's "Big World stadium."
In 1956 he left for Penang where he founded the Penang Sao Lim Athletic Association for Shi Gao Can. He led the school for 2 years and he brought in students for his teacher. At one time there were more than 300 people studying in the school of Shi Gao Can. The school is now run by Master P'ng Chye Khim.
In 1958 he founded Penang Sao Wah San Athletic Association and was the head instructor there. Later he was asked him to be an instructor in another school located in Penang. The next year he went to Kuala Lumpur to work in the harbour and taught martial arts in
a new village near the harbor, three times a day.
On May the 16th 1960 Shi Gao Can parinirvanaed (passed away).
For the first time my dad (Quek Heng Choon) started to teach students on his own (instead of assisting Shi Gao Can in his schools) in order to popularise the martial arts. In 1963 he was asked him to become the Chief Instructor of a school in Kuala Lumpur. In 1967 he demonstrated Ying Qigong (Hard Chikung) by breaking marble table tops on his back in Singapore. He even received praise from the prime minister of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew (Li Guangyao). The next year he demonstrated Ying Qigong by breaking marble table tops with his hand in Kuala Lumpur and caused a sensation by doing so.
In 1971 he started his first school, Quek Heng Choon Martial Arts Sport School, and attracted students from Singapore and Malaysia. The next year he was to be the permanent Chief Instructor of Penang Shao Ci Shan Athletic Association.
He represents the original 50th generation of Shaolin and his students come from Malaysia, Singapore, and China. To further the martial arts, they always participate in competitions and demonstrations when invited. In 1973 his students joined the first South East Asia Competition and were very successful. He was also advisor and judge for the competition. In the same year, a Hollywood movie company shot the movie "Paper Tiger" in Malaysia and asked my dad (Quek Heng Choon) to create the fight scenes. His students also acted in the movie.
In 1974 he went back to China to visit his family and also visited the Quanzhou Kaiyuan Temple, where he had studied martial arts 30 years before. In 1977 he initiated the Kuala Lumpur Song Shan Shaolin Wushu Association. Master Quek is the permanent Chief Instructor of this school.
In 1990 he started the Shaolin Gao Can Men in Singapore of Heroufo State and became the Chief Instructor. In 1993 he went back to China (Fujian Quanzhou) and started a school to teach Shaolin Wushu and Yijining. After 5 years, in 1998, he went back to Malaysia where he found students and taught Wushu once again, which he still does until this day.
Nam Pai Chuan students.
He teaches Yangshen Shu and long and short weapons and Yijinjing, Luohan Yangshen gong, Shenxinfa, Quantao: Yizhimei, Yizhichun and much, much more.
My dad, Master Quek is considered to be one of the oldest students of Shi Gao Can alive and his most important and influential student from the Singapore/Malaysia era.
