Yesterday was a day of office Tsunami

While this day is just another working day as usual, there were a phone called as usual. Never had I taught the called, was the start of disaster for me. For first time, I was scolded for some sort of report. Well, maybe the requester wasn't in good mood. I can understand, mood change. I just past the document to my assistance and hand over to the requester. But that were just an ad before the real show. His temper arose and more call from the requester assistance and the demand is getting more and more unreasonable (over I would define it correctly). I insist that I cannot comply to his demand. I had to kept the confidential of company documentation as well. The time had come that he shouted on the phone and scolded at his loudest till he had shock the whole company as well. He insisted, I had to see him immediately. I am the pro and polite personality, seing him at such temper, will sure turn to disastrous. More called from his assistance pressuring me to meet him at once and he snatch the phone and shout at his loud. Gorssh!! What in the world had happen? I have no choice but to contact the CEO for advice, but the called failed. Under no choice, I had to disturb the Chairman then, called failed too. Im trembling now, what else should I do? Decided to contact the company Director (who base in Ipoh – 220KM away from Kuala Lumpur), he answer, that he is inconvenient as he is driving (called ended). Is God testing me now? What is my last resources? I have to disturb my closes colleague, she is a powerful Finance Director (but she too is base in Ipoh). She answer the called and listen to my situation patiently, she is inform me she is on the way to KL now, and ask me to wait another 15 minute. It had already past 30 minute, which the impatient had waited by now. Another 15 minute is really long I would think. I surely cooked alive to wait another 15 minute. I just walk around without direction, and found someone which I may get help. That is to the room of Senior Finance Director to get his advice. I had to explain the whole situation from the start, and as we discussed. Both the Director and Finance Director (both from Ipoh) walk in and and wave at me. I could not believe what I have see with my eyes, the one that can save me had arrived. They both walk into the room, asking how am I now? What is the situation now? I was so touch and getting a little emotional (I am a human too). With my trembling mild down a little. God timing is real perfect. Called from my CEO, I explain the situation (unable to disclose the conversation). As I had finish. Another new called , which is from the Chairman (unable to disclose the conversation). Emotion just flow at this moment, as this is similar to the Chinese word “a present of charcoal during a cold winter”. I believe CEO had cool him down. I still had to meet him. It took me another while to clear up my eyes and emotion. Then, I walk towards his location and see him, the conversation was peaceful.

Why have I posted the long message yesterday? It is was an email from another company GM, that help me to be reminded to continue as selfless. This may not be a good experience to anyone (a trumbling one). But I have NO fear or hatred (as fear and hatred is SIN in the eye of God). Yes I am very sure, I was indeed indignant and but with great thanksgiving too.
